No, I only visit cats in their home.
I cannot lock keys inside of your apartment/house in case severe weather, traffic, travel cancellations, or other incidents prevent you from being able to return home at the designated time.
No credits or refunds will be given for visits once your vacation/trip is under way. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
I always go above and beyond to reach my cat clients during inclement weather conditions. If local weather forecasts predict a significant amount of snow or ice accumulating on roads, I work with clients to decide to leave out extra food and water in advance for their cats in case I cannot reach their home safely the next day.
No. I am professionally liable for the care of your cat from the start date to the end date of our contract, so it is important that I check on the safety and care of your cat daily. I want to ensure your cat is properly cared for every day while you are away.
No. I am responsible for your cat for the entire duration of the contract. Contact me if you have additional questions or concerns.
I accept cash or check payments due prior to services being rendered.
I do not provide any services for dogs. However, if your household has a small, non-canine animal that needs attention, I will consider providing services for it. Additional charges may apply.
No, I will not let your cat outdoors while you are gone. I would feel horrible if your cat never returned!
